OVERVIEW

東北大学は、文部科学省「次世代アントレプレナー育成事業(オンライン武者修行)」に採択されました。

本プログラムは、起業後、間もない経営者を対象とするプログラムであるとともに、技術シーズ・起業シーズ等を持ち、ビジネスモデルやリーンスタートアップのためのフレームワークを“本気”で学び、構築したいと真剣に考えている教職員や学生層向けに開発された国際教育プログラムです。

研修内容は、東北大学とUC Berkeleyとの連携により構築されており、起業(家)化へのマインドセット、デザイン思考、CEO研修のブートキャンプを意識した3本柱で構成されています。

起業後、3年未満の間もない経営者は、経営時の考え方(Business Model Canvas Introduction)が現在の経営環境下における新たな価値提案(Value Proposition)、米国及び海外市場をにらんだ新たな顧客開発(Customer Segments & Interviews)などの一連の内容を、事前研修、本研修、事後研修を通じて学びます。
